What shipping methods are available?

We offer standard and express shipping for Australian customers.

We aim to ship orders within one business day of your confirmed order, however may occasionally experience delays. Should there be a delay, we will keep you updated.

For International customers, we offer a standard Australia Post service. If an express service is needed, we can use an express service at an additional cost.

I'm looking to order a larger quantity of gear, can you give a better price?

We'll always do our best to provide the best value. Head over to our business sales page and we will provide you with a quote.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. Please add your desired products to the cart and proceed to checkout to see your purchase and shipping options.

Do you offer gift cards online?

We sure do! Just select the amount required in our gift card and it will be delivered directly to your inbox. Plus, you can download the printable pdf file above for a Gift Voucher Letter to add to their card - the best of both worlds!

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Afterpay and Shop Pay.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, as long as they have the Visa or MasterCard logo.

Is buying online safe?

Our store uses state-of-the-art encryption to ensure that all purchases are 100% safe. We never store your credit card information.

How much does delivery cost?

We are proud to offer free shipping throughout Australia for all orders over $99.

Please note that some items are not available to be shipped to certain countries/regions. All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

How can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once your order begins processing, we can no longer make changes or cancel it.

What is Adventureco's Return Policy?

Our 89 Day Returns Policy Product can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is in original condition, unused with all tags attached If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we will happily provide you with an exchange or refund within 89 days of purchase with appropriate proof of purchase.

Do you allow exchanges?

We sure do! This is available on most items*. Product can be returned for a refund or exchange as long as it is in original condition, unused with all tags attached. If the product or size required is not available, we'll do our best to source or provide a solution that works.

I want to return my purchase. What do I do?

We gladly accept returns on new, unused merchandise within 89 days of original purchase. Please contact us for return instructions.

How long does it take for me to get my refund?

Most refunds are processed within five business days of receiving the merchandise back to our warehouse.
